We deliver a powerful and effective message that allow others to succeed and to choose the ethical way by making a personal commitment to honesty and integrity. Our purpose is to find peacefulness within ourselves and others by looking inward while using our faith in God to guide our dreams and desires, and our mind to pursue knowledge and become aware of our very unique gift. 

Our Founder: 

Yolanda Ramos CEO and founder of YVR Business Visions has been teaching adults since 1980, and began her Journey as a Christian since 1997. She has a degree in Sociology, a Master in Psychology, a BA in Educational Psychology and a Master in Administrative Sciences. She is currently a candidate for a Professional Doctorate in Theology at BTS. She is the founder of YVR Business Visions a full service consulting firm and professional training Institute.YVR Educational Institute is a personal advancement component within her organization. Yolanda Ramos brings nearly 26 years of experience working with people in groups in areas of personal growth, life skills, effective management skills, and organizational development. She has been recently accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, the National Christians Life Coaching and Counseling Academy and recently post grade certified on Global Leadership, Human Resources Administration and Non Profit Agencies Administration at Faileigh Dickinson University. Yolanda has experience as a senior executive, program manager, director of training, excellent public speaker, and external consultant and trainer. Yolanda is the host of the Radio Program "Mujer, De Corazon a Corazon Celebrando La Vida" at RVC 1330 AM every Thursday at 9:30 AM. Yolanda and her husband, Jorge, are the parents of two grown children Alejandra and Gabriel Ignacio and make their home in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey.
 

Our Trainings:

Our Organizational Development trainings are full learning workshops based on adult learning theories, psychology, and group dynamics. Our trainings offers knowledge to groups about balancing people skills and tasks needs in an organization. We offer knowledge to groups about matching people skills and task needs in an organization. We work with individuals, fortune 500 companies, universities, staff and Board of non-profit organizations, and corporations. These workshops are designed to train and coach staff, managers, trainers and group leaders. Participants received CEU’s and certificate of completion. We specialized in training and coaching other trainers and group facilitators.

We provide expertise developed by working in four fields:

• Private corporations

We provide mind body modalities including brain learning activities, group dynamics, and experiential activities.

Our Associates:

Our Educational trainers, consultants and associates are Specialists and Senior Scholars on research for national Education and Learning Institutions and organizations. Our team of advisors are internationally known trainers and speakers on topics such as reading and writing instruction, thinking skills, school effectiveness, restructuring, assessment, cognition, and standards implementation as  well as therapeutic treatment. Our Business Support team of consultants consists of over 3,000 Accredited Associates of the Institute for Independent Business and experts on over 55 areas of Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Health and Safety, Facilities Management, Information and technology and Legal Advise.
